Guides

Written, sourced and kept current against the game data.

  • Al De Baran — The canal city under the Schwarzwald border: where its people stand, the inn, the Kafra headquarters, the Alchemist and Super Novice job changes, the December Snow Festival, what lies around it, and the quests it gives.
  • Clock Tower — The tower at the centre of Al De Baran: four floors above ground and four below, the five mid-bosses its hunting calls up, what they drop, the two headgears their materials make, every random option its equipment can roll, and the quests the game ties to it.
  • Glast Heim — The ruined castle beyond Geffen Field: its floors and their monsters, the four Fever Dungeons and what they drop, the Old Glast Heim memorial dungeon, and the quests the game ties to it — as it stands after the September 2025 overhaul made it a level 100 hunting ground.
  • Louyang — The ancient city across the sea from Alberta: how to get there, its quests in the order that unlocks them, the Earth Dragon weapons and hats, and its monsters as they stand after the two 2023 reworks — not as the 2018 announcement left them.
  • Old Glast Heim — Glast Heim before its fall: a level 100 party dungeon entered through Hugin at the Glast Heim gate, its monsters and bosses, and the Temporal armor, boots and enchants it pays for — every cost and success rate on one page.
  • Poring Village — A level 30–60 party dungeon west of Prontera, and the only source of two lower headgears you can enchant.
  • Refining — Gravity publishes Zero's refine rates in two places and they disagree in 174 of 200 cells, every one of them in your favour.
  • Levels and EXP — How high each job can level, how much EXP a level takes, and every time Gravity has changed either — including the February 2026 adjustment that the official EXP table has not caught up with.
  • Payon — The mountain town in the south-east forest, and Archer Village above it: where a new character is sent after the Criatura Academy tutorial to begin Episode 1, the inn, the Archer Guild, the Star Emperor job change, the Illusion corner by the north gate, the Illusion Investigation Team's office, what lies around it, and the quests it gives.
  • Payon Forest — The eleven fields around Payon, from the Poring and Willow outside the gate to Eddga's forest and the two Faceworm fields added in 2025: what spawns on each and at what level, the bosses, who stands out there, the way to the Hunter Guild, and the quests.
  • Payon Cave — The five floors under Archer Village, the last two of them the Ruined Village: what spawns on each floor and at what level, Moonlight Flower, the people who stand inside, the quests that run from Payon's well down into the cave, and the way into the Illusion of Moonlight.
